definite disaster, certain mess, first complete fail, and I have no idea what went wrong even. 

My seasonal take on a pineapple upsidedown cake- with peaches and a bit of cornmeal in the cake. It’s the first cake that my Grandpa did not eat. 

He said it looked nice but he wasn’t up for cake with his bacon and egg breakfast. 

 I heart blueberry season.

How have I failed to post this one yet? Well mostly it disappears too quickly. It’s a popular request that is sort of a brownie meets a molten lava cake that is quick and easy to make (and eat) — as the evidence suggests.
