A couple handfuls of sunsets before returning to Philly. This summer I intended to pause at sunset reach evening and drag everyone out to bear witness and share a poem with me. I have managed to see almost every sunset but it usually looks more like it did tonight- hand over pancake flipping duties long enough to run outside, do a cartwheel in the field, smile, snap a picture and return. There will be other seasons but I'm grateful for the fullness of now and this old school house on a hill. #upnorth
